terms of service

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted the terms and conditions. Failure to comply with the Terms of Service will result in a declined commission.

♡ Prices are subject to change at any time and may increase based on complexity of request.
♡ I will provide progress updates for your review throughout the commission process.
♡ For personal use only unless the client has obtained commercial rights.
♡ I reserve the right to refuse service.

⊹ payment ⊹

♡ Payments are only accepted through PayPal (USD).
♡ Commission must be paid in full (100%) upfront.
♡ No refunds. However, if I have a valid reason to cancel your commission, you will receive a full refund. (Do not request a PayPal chargeback, I will initiate any necessary refunds).
♡ Upon receiving payment, your order will be added to the waitlist.

⊹ process & revisions ⊹

♡ Turnaround Time (TAT): Generally 1-2 weeks. Delivery time may vary based on complexity of commission, my personal schedule, or any unexpected delays.

♡ Revisions:
⤷ Unlimited revisions during sketch stage.
⤷ Only minor revisions during line art stage.
⤷ Only color revisions are accepted after line art is finished.

⊹ usage ⊹

♡ I retain full ownership of all of my artwork.
♡ I have the right to share any completed art on my social media (client may request I do not share their commission until a specified date).
♡ I may stream/upload work-in-progress of your commission on my social media. If you prefer not to showcase your commission before it's finished, please inform me.
♡ You may not modify, trace, or resell my art or claim it as your own.
♡ You are required to credit me when using or sharing my art.

⊹ commercial rights ⊹

♡ You have the option to acquire commercial rights (for any form of monetary gain from the commission) for an additional fee, equivalent to 100% of the original price.
♡ I do not give permission for my art to be used for AI or NFT purposes.
